The following information is needed in order to enroll in Boot Camp – and to make sure to reserve a spot for you within the limited enrollment for this initial Camp session. Please note the following instructions carefully:
• Please print out and complete the registration form found at the link below. Contact and billing information should NOT be sent back via email, as this website does not have substantial security in place for dealing with sensitive information. Use either the FAX number or mailing address shown;
• The tuition for the 4-day Boot Camp is $2250 (all-inclusive)
• Tuition must be paid IN FULL before the start of the Boot Camp on May 13, 2008.
